Home Plan Marketplace (“HPM,” “we,” “us”) is operated by Lesuto Technologies, Inc., a Delaware corporation. HPM is a live demonstration storefront powered by the Lesuto Chameleon™ commerce platform. All commerce functionality on this site is delivered through the Chameleon Commerce SDK.

2. Information We Collect

We may collect the following categories of information:

• Account Information: Name, email address, and password when you create an account.
• Order Information: Shipping address, billing address, and payment details (processed securely via Stripe — we never store full card numbers).
• Browsing Data: Pages visited, products viewed, search queries, and items added to favorites. This data is stored locally on your device via browser localStorage.
• Newsletter Subscription: Email address if you opt in to our newsletter.
• Automatically Collected: IP address, browser type, device type, and referral source via standard web analytics.

3. How We Use Your Information

• To process and fulfill your orders.
• To provide customer support and respond to inquiries.
• To personalize your shopping experience (favorites, recently viewed).
• To send marketing communications only if you have explicitly opted in.
• To calculate and remit applicable sales tax via Stripe Tax.
• To improve our platform and SDK functionality.

4. Email Communications

We will never send you unsolicited emails. All email notifications are opt-in only. You may manage your email preferences at any time through your account on Lesuto Hub. Transactional receipts required by law are the sole exception.

5. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services:

• Stripe: Payment processing and tax calculation. Subject to Stripe's Privacy Policy.
• Lesuto Hub: Social features (follows, favorites boards, notifications). Subject to Lesuto's privacy practices.
• Cloudflare: CDN and DNS services.
• Amazon Web Services: Cloud infrastructure and asset storage.

6. Data Storage & Security

Your data is stored on secure cloud infrastructure. Favorites and recently viewed products are stored locally on your device. We implement industry-standard security measures including encryption in transit (TLS) and at rest. Payment data is handled entirely by Stripe and never touches our servers.

7. Cookies & Local Storage

We use essential cookies for authentication and session management. The Chameleon SDK uses browser localStorage for favorites, recently viewed products, and cart state. We do not use third-party advertising cookies.

8. Your Rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you.
• Request correction or deletion of your data.
• Opt out of marketing communications.
• Request a copy of your data in a portable format.
• Lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.

9. Children's Privacy

Our services are not directed to individuals under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe we have inadvertently collected such information, please contact us immediately.
